Front View

This house was a "Spec." built on a two acre parcel. The concept was Provance French style with stone gables on the exterior. The vaultedt great room opens to the terrace garden using a series of french doors. The gravel circular driveway adds to the rural feel.

Rear View

The terrace is covered to allow the owners to use the terrace even on drizzlly days. The fenced area to the right encloses the private garden off the master bathroom. To the right is the three garage hidden from both the front and rear of the house.

Great Room

The french doors in the great room open to the terrace and garden. The terrace is covered reducing the natural light so we installed two skylights to gain light.

Fireplace in Great Room

We used stone on the fireplace in keeping with the architectural design.

Kitchen

The large granite topped island creates a great area for serving meals. The salad sink in the island provides a second work area toprepare a meal or it can function as a wet bar.

Kitchen Window.

The corner window and sink opens the kitchen to the outside. The granite top extends to the window allowing more area behind the sink.

Master Bath

This all glass bathroom opens the tub and shower to the garden filled with japanese maples. The trellis and bench give an architectural focus to the garden. One can shower or soak in the serenity of a garden.
